I have focused my career on teaching and motivating others to achieve their best level of health and wellness. I help others find the joy and empowerment in exercise, whether through yoga, personal training, coaching, dance, or Pilates. Seeing others achieve their fitness and weight loss goals; improve posture, strength, and flexibility; reduce stress; reduce pain; and increase their abilities overall is very rewaqrding. Seeing others grow in confidence and accomplish things they had not known they could is amazing. I am fortunate to have a career that allows me to help others improve the quality of their lives in so many ways.

I have completed two marathons. I coach runners and walkers to complete events for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I teach yoga to large and small groups as well as to individuals.

I enjoy reading, movies, hiking, and being near or in the water. I appreciate and enjoy time spent with family and friends. I love cheering my two daughters on at their athletic events.
