Fast Break Indoor Triathlon

Help us celebrate the re-opening of the Field House with the Fast Break Indoor Triathlon on March 15, 9am-12pm.

We have included a 5-week training plan to help you accomplish your New Years resolutions or to help get you fit for Spring Break.  Register  below and start training today!

Fast Break Training Schedule

Sunday, March 15, 2015

10am start*

  • 10 minute swim, 20 minute bike, 15 minute run.

  • Swimming laps are 25-yards long, cycling leg is done on stationary bikes, running leg will be done on 200-meter track.

  • Adequate time for swim-bike transition and bike-run transition will be allotted

  • Winners will be determined according to a point system based on total distance covered.

  • You must be a Wellesley College student, faculty or staff to participate.

  • Participants in each wave will start each leg at the same time.

  • Pre-registration is required.  NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

  • ALL members of a team must submit individual registration forms with the same team name written

  • There will be four waves of 12 participants.  First wave will start at 10:00 am; succeeding waves will start on 25-minute intervals.

  • Kickboards available for beginner swimmers.

*KSC will open at 9:00am. Race packets can be picked up from 9:15am to 9:45am. Participants are encouraged to arrive early.
