Please contact Tim Porcello to schedule an appointment. The training session should last a little less than an hour.
Before the training session, you should be set up properly in the system as follows:
1. Set up access in Banner.
2. Test Banner access and Discoverer Viewer
During the hands on training session, Tim will go over the following information with you.
1. Review Budget Application in website
-Connecting to Banner
-Chart of Accounts
2. Based on your type of user, review reports for managing your budgets and walk-through how to read the reports and review budget queries.
3. Review process for making budget transfers.
4. Review most recent memo on budget process.
