Victoria Rines"As a nontraditional applicant, I was unsure whether or not I would be able put forth an application with solid undergraduate recommendations. Fortunately, Wellesley's Medical Professions Advising Committee guided me through every step of the application process during my time away from school. Through working closely with my adviser and the committee director, I received personalized advice and counseling that helped me craft a strong and unique application. It was clear that the committee members truly cared about my career goals and interests and they wanted to get to know me as a person and applicant. I witnessed firsthand how much time, energy, and care the advising committee puts into creating an individualized and positive recommendation letter. I can say, without reservation, that the support I received from Wellesley's pre-health advising played a critical role in my admission to my top choice medical school."
