Suggested Caterers

Below is a list of caterers the College has negotiated a special price with and secured Certificates of Insurance from. The list is separated into two categories: Drop-Off/Pick-Up Service & Full Service. 

Full service caterers, in addition to food and beverage, provide staffing, set-up and breakdown services, and tableware. Most Full Service Caterers need at least a weeks advance notice for staffing so please plan accordingly.

Drop-Off Caterers will simply drop-off the food you've ordered.  Pick-Up Caterers (AVI Wellesley Fresh) will have your order ready for pick up at Collins Cafe.  Most Drop-Off and Pick-Up Caterers need 24 -48 hours advance notice so please plan accordingly.

You will make your own arrangements for serving, set-up, and clean-up.   Make sure to choose a caterer that best suits your event's needs.  Clicking on vendor name will bring you directly to the vendor's web site.

For special negotiated lunch pricing, free delivery and paper goods, please ask for or mention the contact person whose name is provided.

A special 5% discount has been negotiated with each full service caterer on all full service catering food only  for Wellesley College.  Please mention this when ordering and make sure your bill reflects the discounted amount.
