Tenure-Track Assistant Professor

Wellesley College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Computer Science, starting in the fall of 2014. The Computer Science Department is strongly committed to outstanding teaching and scholarship, and to providing students with the best possible research experiences. This position has a teaching load of two courses per semester, with the opportunity to develop new courses in the candidate’s area of specialty. PhD. preferred (ABD considered) in Computer Science or a related discipline. Strong candidates in any area of specialty will be considered. We especially encourage applicants in the fields of systems, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. Information about the department can be found at http://www.wellesley.edu/cs.
