CWS staff advise alumnae at all stages of the career development process, from career exploration to landing a job. An alumna may schedule an appointment for either an on-site (50-minute) or telephone (25-minute) session by calling 781.283.2352 weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST.

How to Get Involved

• Join the W Network.
  Go online to http://www.alumniconnections.com/olc/pub/WLS/ccservices.html to set your networking preferences and add to your profile. Now sorted by life experiences rather than occupation, profiles include not only career information, but also volunteer work, hobbies, areas of expertise, professional memberships, services offered, and a variety of affiliations. In addition, alumnae can indicate their interest in discussing a variety of topics, such as caring for aging parents, women’s health issues, or re-entering the workforce.
• Be a Shadow sponsor.
  Offer Wellesley students the opportunity to spend a day with an alumna exploring professional fields and the opportunity to make connections between their education and professional lives. To become a Shadow sponsor highlight “Shadow Sponsor” in the “Areas of Involvement” list in the Networking Preferences section of your profile in the W Network.
