Industry Terminology

• First Round Interviews: This is the first interview conducted with representatives of the Company. Often, there are two interviewers and questions can range from specific to general.


• Second Round Interviews: Second round interviews are often held at the location of potential employment, and tend to be more rigorous as questions can be technical in nature.



• Superday Interviews: Superday interviews are held at the location of potential employment and usually consist of a series of back-to-back interviews, conducted by representatives of the company. Questions can be technical in nature.
