Overview

The Center for Work and Service (CWS) administers the Wellesley College On-Campus Recruiting Program as a complement to the students' job and internship search process. Every year, over a hundred companies representing various fields participate in this program. Companies are all required to act in accordance with the Principles for Professional Conduct for Employer Professionals outlined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

CWS invites companies to participate in this program who DO NOT unlawfully discriminate in the selection of employees on the basis of national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Where is the CWS On-Campus Recruiting Program located?
We are located on the fourth floor of Green Hall, Room 448. All interviews are held at the CWS.

Who is eligible to participate in the CWS On-Campus Recruiting Program?
All students currently enrolled at Wellesley College are eligible to participate in this program. The only prerequisite is that students agree to the "Five-Rule Contract" posted in your MyCWS student profile.
