Dr. Bridget Arrow Baker

Director of Accessibility and Disability Resources

Dr. Bridget Arrow is the Director of Accessibility and Disability Resources.  Dr. Arrow holds an EdD in Counseling Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco, and a MS in Educational Psychology from Northeastern University.  She has extensive knowledge of current disability law and 15-years’ experience teaching and working with students with documented disabilities in higher education.  Prior to coming to Wellesley College, Dr. Arrow worked as a Senior Mental Health Counselor at Bristol Community College, served as the Director of Disability Support Services at Mount Ida College, as well as Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, and as a learning specialist and instructor at Bristol Community College in Attleboro.

Rachael Torella

Assistant Director of Accessibility and Disability

Our Assistant Director of Accessibility and Disability Resources is Rachael Torella. Rachael received her Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Children, Youth, and Families from Boston University. She has worked in a variety of high school and college settings supporting individuals with disabilities. Most recently, Rachael served as the Assistive Technology Specialist and Disabilities Counselor at Bunker Hill Community College. She is excited to continue employing her skills in student accessibility and technology within the Wellesley College community.

Accessibility and Disability Resources has a team of student employees that advocate for accessibility on-campus and research helpful resources for students, faculty, and staff.
