Your gift to the Parents Fund improves all aspects of campus life for today's students.
It provides critical support the College can use to meet current needs - and has an immediate effect on your daughter's overall experience. The fact is: your gift really does matter. Tuition covers only 43 percent of the actual cost of a Wellesley education. Each student - even those who do not receive financial aid - benefits from a "silent scholarship," made possible by gifts from parents, alumnae and friends.

The Parents Fund Council
Join the Parents Fund Council through your leadership gift of $2,500 or more. Council members receive the following benefits:
- Invitations to special events during the year
- Recognition on Parents Fund appeal letters and related materials
- Special communications, including e-updates and conference calls
Council members help build our community of engaged families and raise gifts to support Wellesley’s mission. Volunteers participate in various kinds of outreach, “meeting” each other and receiving training through regular conference calls.
