Gabriella is currently a senior at Wellesley College majoring in French and Women's & Gender Studies. A native New Englander, she hails from Barrington, Rhode Island. Gabriella chose to double major in French after her first year at Wellesley, where she was exposed to the incredible world of francophone literature. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that it was Annie Ernaux that pushed her to major in French! Gabriella is also an alum of the Wellesley-in-Aix program, a time of her life in which she tried her hand at French and provençal cooking and enjoyed plenty of good wine and cheese. Though Gabriella's plans for the future lie somewhat outside the scope of French studies, she plans to bring her love of francophone literature and the critical reading skills she learned during her time in the Department to her adventures in law and public policy.
