It's Not Too Late to Get a Flu Shot!
Although Flu Season is already upon us, it can go on until May! It's not too late for you to get your flu shot. Health Services has a limited supply of free flu vaccine available. Call x2821 for more information. If you are not on campus, go to flu.gov to find a flu vaccine close to you.
What to Have on Hand
Make sure you have a good supply of the following:
antibacterial wipes for high touch surfaces where flu may live, like keyboards and phones
Ibuprofen (Advil) and Acetaminophen (Tylenol).

To PREVENT getting sick, WASH HANDS often, especially before meals and after using restrooms. Get adequate sleep, eat nutritious meals and manage your stress through exercise, meditation, hobbies, etc.
