MyWellness (Online Student Health)

MyWellness: ONLINE STUDENT HEALTH PORTAL FACTS

WHAT IS MyWellness?

MyWellness is a secure student portal that can be accessed by any computer with internet connectivity. Features of MyWellness include secure messaging, immunization viewing and entry and online form completion.

HOW DO I LOG INTO MyWellness?

Click below:

Log into MyWellness using your Wellesley College domain name and password.

ENTER & VIEW IMMUNIZATION RECORDS - NOW FOR RETURNING STUDENTS!

Immunization>View History:

Students may view the immunizations  history or PRINT an immunization report. MISSING UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS (bottom of page) are immunizations that are required for compliancy with both Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations and Wellesley College policy.

Immunization>New:

Using your immunization record from an outside clinician and following instructions on MyWellness, you may enter the dates of immunizations you have received outside of Health Service. All immunizations entered on MyWellness must be verified by submitting a copy of your immunization record to Health Service signed by a clinician.  Vaccines will not be considered compliant until the paper copy has been submitted to Health Service. It is also acceptable for students to submit paper documentation to Health Service without online submission.

WHAT IS SECURE MESSAGING?

MyWellness provides Wellesley College Health and Counseling Service clinicians and nurses with a secure and confidential way to communicate with you regarding lab results, follow-up after an appointment, or other personal communication. Secure messages become a permanent part of your medical record.

BECAUSE SECURE MESSAGES ARE NOT CONTINUALLY MONITORED, NEVER SEND URGENT CONCERNS VIA SECURE MESSAGE.

HOW DO I ACCESS SECURE MESSAGES?

You will receive an email indicating that you have a new MyWellness secure message. When you receive this email notification, log into MyWellness using your Wellesley College domain and password. Click on Messages in MyWellness to view your secure messages. Using secure message is similar to email. All secure messages that are sent and replied to become a permanent part of your medical record.

ONLINE FORM SUBMISSION (COMING SOON)

Forms that will be available for online submission include Pre-Travel Health Clearance Form and the Animal Handler form.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING (COMING SOON)

Students may make, view, and cancel select appointments on MyWellness. Examples of appointments that will be able to be made online include nursing visits for vaccines, sports clearance physicals, and study abroad physicals. To schedule an appointment, you will log into MyWellness and select Appointments.  Do not make online appointments for emergencies- always seek immediate help with an urgent concern.

MyWellness FEATURES FOR INCOMING STUDENTS

MyWellness allows you to complete your incoming health history form as a first year student. The information you submit imports directly into your medical record where it is reviewed by a nurse or clinician.  Your health history is a way for our staff to get to know you to help ensure we provide you with the highest quality healthcare during your time at Wellesley College. Your health history form is reviewed by a clinician every time you are seen in the Health Service.

Please refer to detailed information regarding your health history and immunizations on the Incoming Students Page ( http://www.wellesley.edu/healthservice/incomingstudents)

As with any other personal identifying information on the internet, always log out of MyWellness and close your internet browser when you are done using MyWellness to ensure your medical information remains confidential.
