Application  Details

Fifteen to 18 students will participate in Wellesley Wintersession in Morocco. The program is open to students from all classes and all majors. Students will be selected on the basis of their demonstrated interest in Middle Eastern, African, Islamic or Jewish Studies, the quality of their previous academic work, and their ability to work as members of a group. Knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage, but not required.

Applications will be available on September 7 in the History Department office (FND202). They should be submitted to Anne Wasserman in the History Department by October 5, 2012 by 4.00 P.M. If selected, applicants will be contacted to arrange a personal interview.  Students chosen for the program will be notified by the beginning of November.
