If you will be returning from leave for the Fall 2013 semester please complete the Housing Prefernce form located below.
Please be aware that you will need to designate a proxy (someone who will be on campus for spring semester) to act on your behalf. She will view, print, complete and return your lottery slip within the stated deadlines.
We need to have the proxy information in advance.
