What is an EAP?
The EAP is a benefit offered to assist with all areas of life.  You can access the benefits of our 
EAP by calling the confidential 800 number, going to the Wellesley College HR site and 
clicking their link, going directly to the AllOne Health web site, or meeting face to face with 
an AllOne Health counselor. 
       
The EAP provides much more than counseling, it also provides low or no cost access to: 
• financial counselors,  
• legal services, 
• referral services (for day care, adult care, etc.) and  
• general information on stress management tools and work/life balance problems.

The EAP is a benefit offered to assist with all areas of life.  You can access the benefits of our EAP by calling the confidential 800 number, going directly to the AllOne Health web site, or meeting face to face with  an AllOne Health counselor.  If you are a benefits eligible faculty or staff member – you and your household members are automatically covered under the EAP.  The College pays the full cost of the benefit.

• general information on stress management tools and work/life balance problems.

Confidential Counseling Services 

Faculty, staff, their dependants, and household members are eligible to receive assessment, referral, and counseling services (up to 5 face-to-face sessions per issue).

Legal Assistance

This service provides one free 30-minute office or telephone consultation per legal matter. Typical matters include divorce and child custody, car accidents, contractual and consumer disputes, real estate concerns, landlord / tenant issues, and insurance disputes.  
(Employees can also receive a 25% discount for additional services provided by a network attorney.)

Financial Assistance

This service provides one free telephone consultation per financial issue. Typical financial issues include credit card debt, identity theft, financial planning, retirement consultation, college planning, and tax advice provided by a qualified financial counselor.

Information and Referral Service

This is a consultation and referral service that assists with a wide spectrum of work and life issues. Receive help in locating eldercare, childcare, and other services. A list of qualified referrals for these services is provided.

Work/Life Website

Get access to over 12,000 articles, videos, tip sheets, calculators, assessments and searchable provider directories. Topic areas include child care, parenting, elder care, higher education planning, career development, health/wellness, emotional wellbeing, legal/financial resources, and pet care services.
