Handbook/Contracts

The following Handbooks/Contracts are designed to provide an overview of many of the employment policies, procedures and benefits for employees at Wellesley College.

The administrative handbook is intended to provide guidelines for administrative employees of the College. Those employees subject to a collective bargaining agreement will reference their union contract with regard to their terms and conditions of employment. Members of the Faculty should refer to the Faculty Handbook.
