Reserves Information for hard copies of print and media Choosing Reserve Materials Only material that is required reading for the entire class should be placed on reserve. Optional readings can easily be obtained through NExpress or ILL if Wellesley's copy is not available for your students. Library staff are happy to assist your students in placing these requests. Videos required for class or for scheduled showings during or outside of class may be made available through Video e-Reserves during the Spring 2010 term if requests are received before November 16, 2009. If the digitized version will not be available, the hard copy will be placed on reserve. Journal articles, e-books, book chapters, or unpublished material (such as your own lecture notes, or any other documents that you create on your own) should be submitted as e-Reserves. Putting Hard-Copy Items on Reserve Art Library: contact Jeanne Hablanian at x2944 If you have journal articles or book chapters, please use e-Reserves. If the library does not own the material that you need, please place an order using the online order form, and mark the item as "For Reserves". Placing the order yourself will expedite the process and ensure that the correct item is requested. If the library cannot order the item in time, you may place your personal copy on reserve temporarily.
