Video e-ReservesFor Spring 2010, video e-resesrves will be available for courses whose reserve lists are submitted by November 16. Please see the Video e-Reserves official webpage for further information, support, and troubleshooting help. Eligible Videos Only videos that are owned by the Wellesley College Libraries can be digitized. If you need a video for course reserves that the library does not own, please use the Suggest a Purchase form and mark that the item is for Reserves. Submitting a Video for e-Reserves Use Clapp Library's Reserve List Submission Form. For materials submitted after November 16, library staff will digitize videos in the order they were received. The process is time-consuming, and the library cannot guarantee that videos requested after November 16 will be available for video e-reserves. Any videos that cannot be digitized will be added to your print reserves list and shelved with the regular reserve items. Accessing Videos on e-Reserve Like regular e-reserves, video e-reserves will be linked in your course conference. All users will need to provide login information, and the video will open through a web browser. There is no extra software to download in order to view the videos. Videos are accessible only during the semester in which they've been assigned, and only to the faculty who have assigned them and to the students enrolled in that course. Updated in Spring 2009, video e-reserves are now viewable both on and off campus.
