The LTS Strategic Plan calls for a sustainable and agile infrastructure.  As costs for maintaining on-campus hardware/software continue to increase, cloud solutions provide us with greater flexibility at a lower cost. Additional resources can be provisioned quickly and those resources automatically come with redundant back-ups and disaster recovery options. 

Project Proposal:

A number of critical systems are already in the cloud; among them, Google Apps, Kaltura, and Sakai.  The next wave of possible cloud migrations follow:
