Campus Phone System Upgrade

Project Proposal:

Our ~25 year old campus phone system is nearing the end of its supported life cycle.  As we explore replacement options, we are considering features that are important for today's increasingly mobile environment.  Easy, web-based access to voicemail and softphone flexibility (VoIP) allows one to access phone service from most computers and mobile devices.
