Upgrades & Advanced Configurations

LTS will gladly quote upgrades to our standard configurations.  Faculty and staff are strongly encouraged to purchase computing hardware through LTS to maximize support during the computer’s life cycle (typically 4 years).  Support for hardware purchased outside of LTS, with or without College funds, will be limited per the Hardware Replacement Policy. To order a non-standard configuration, please use the LTS Computing Purchase Request Form.

If after consulting with LTS staff you select an advanced configuration or due to special software needs would prefer not to receive our standard software image, LTS will arrange to custom install a limited amount of College-licensed software onto your new computer.
