Arranging an Interview

In most instances interviews are reserved for those applicants who have a reasonable chance of admission.

Thus, a request for an interview that is initiated by a student may not be honored. However,  if the school is in a distant place and you wish to cover several schools in one trip, it does not hurt to call to request an interview. Schools make an effort to meet such requests, particularly if they would be interested in interviewing you later.
