Fall Frenzy Weekend Gets Loud

Headliner Dragonette and White Panda Rock Students in Tishman Commons

Schneider Board of Governors (SBOG)  and College Government (CG) host "the concert of the season" on October 27, 2012, as a centerpiece of Fall Frenzy week.

Doors open in Tishman Commons at 7:00 p.m. for Wellesley and 7:30 p.m. for off-campus guests (priority is given to Wellesley students). The event is free for Wellesley students, and $15 for off-campus guests.

"We always like to write haikus," said a member of SBOG. "This one was in memory of our missing frog [mascot]."

Past Concerts

Traditionally the concert is the biggest event during Fall Frenzy. Last Fall, Schneider Board of Governors and College Government brought Ellie Goulding to campus. The year before, SBOG brought Chiddy Bang and Best Coast.

SUPREME COURT RULES ON CONTRACEPTION, RELIGIOUS OBJECTIONS

The Supreme Court recently ruled on Burwell v. Hobby Lobby, establishing that certain corporations owned by religious families are exempt from federal mandates requiring employers to provide contraceptive coverage to women.
