There are a number of forms, available on this page that you are required to submit to confirm your participation in the program and begin making arrangements for your semester(s) in France.
Wellesley students may submit materials by hand to:

The following materials are due within two weeks of your acceptance to the program:
- $500 deposit
- Housing Form
- WiA Flight Form
The following are required before April 15, 2013:
- One recent passport-style photo, submitted by hand or email to wia@wellesley.edu
- Aix Honor Code Form
- Break Address Form
- WIA Risk Release for off campus students form (Wellesley students should instead submit the Contract & Waiver available on the OIS website)
- Direct Deposit Form for Stipends- please submit to Mireille McLaughlin in the Office of International Studies not the Accounts Payable Office as indicated on the form.
