Group Flight

A roundtrip group flight between Boston and Paris  is included in the  comprehensive program fee and will be automatically purchased for you. The flight is arranged by STA Travel. If you wish to make your own arrangements you must submit the WIA Flight Form by the due date for your semester, announced in your e-mail of acceptance and posted to this website on the Dates & Deadlines page. Students making their own flight arrangments will be reimbursed (upon submitting flight receipts) either for the cost of their flight or the cost of the group flight, whichever is lower.

All students will be scheduled to return on the same date, but it is possible to change your return date by contacting STA Travel directly and paying a change fee, which may vary depending on the return date & flight you choose. The WIA staff in Aix is not responsible for flight reservations or travel arrangements at the end of the program.  All students are expected to vacate their housing no later than one day following the program end date.
