Pre-Departure Information for Accepted Students

 

The following forms must be submitted by April 20 for Fall / Full Year students and November 1 for Spring students (unless otherwise indicated).

 

  1. Signed offer letter - due within two weeks of acceptance
  2. Participation Confirmation Form
  3. ECCO Health Info Form
  4. ECCO Living Information Form
  5. Data Consent Form
  6. A photocopy of your passport ID page
  7. Language and Conduct Pledge
  8. Immigration Waiver
  9. Home School Nomination Form (For non-Wellesley students)
  10. $500 deposit (For non-Wellesley students) - Due within two weeks of acceptance. Please send check made payable to Wellesley College to the address below.
