Payment Elections

Policy

Direct Deposit is mandatory for all employees. Direct deposits have many benefits to you such as:

1. Ensuring that the money owed to you is in your bank account on the exact pay date and immediately available for use.
2. Eliminating the need to go to the bank to deposit your pay check.
3. Eliminating the time of waiting for your pay check to clear the banks and earning interest income beginning on the pay check date.

Employees may view and/or print their pay stubs via Workday.

The Workday Self-Service application allows employees to change their payment elections using Duo Two Factor Authentication. 

Employees wishing to change their payment elections outside of Workday, must do so in person at the Payroll Office, green hall room 139.  A valid picture ID is required. 

Payroll will not accept any change requests via email, telephone, or from an idividual other than the employee.
