Student Payroll Inquiries

Policy

Inquiries regarding Student Payroll issues can be submitted and resolved efficiently by emailing Student_payroll@wellesley.edu. This is the quickest way to have your payroll questions answered.

When submitting your inquiry, please explain your issue in the body of the message. Be sure to provide the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Your Student ID Number
  • The Check date
  • The Pay Period End Date
 
Please note that some issues may take more time to research than others.
 
Please do not email or telephone individual members of the payroll staff with your inquiries as other members of the Payroll Office may have been assigned to monitor this inbox.
