Philosophy Club
Philosophy Club is open to everyone and has members of all different backgrounds, majors and interests. With the goal of encouraging philosophical conversations and thought, we hold weekly evening discussions on topics ranging from theories of philosophy of art to animal rights, and to more specific and current issues such as transgender students attending an all-women's college. Professors also join in on the dialogue and guide our discussions at monthly catered luncheons. Our favorite activity is enjoying discussions at Cafe Hoop while watching movies related to philosophy and philosophy classes. This year, we are adding even more events to our agenda and building a strong and sustainable club. Look forward to our upcoming Movie Event and Symposium!
