Wintersession 2013 Registration
Wintersession 2013 registration takes place at the same time as the Spring 2013 registration.
 
Opening Registrations Days (Daily hours are 8am – 11pm)
  • Monday, November 12: Seniors, 4th year Davis Scholars, Post-Bacs
  • Tuesday, November 13: Juniors, 3rd year Davis Scholars
  • Wednesday, November 14: Sophomores, 2nd year Davis Scholars
  • Thursday, November 15: First-Years, 1st year Davis Scholars, Special Assistantes
 
Wintersession registration will reopen on Friday, November 16 at 9am and remain open until Tuesday, November 20 at 4:30pm.
 
You may add a wintersession course after the November 20 deadline by contacting the Registrar’s Office.  The deadline to add a wintersession course is Friday, January 4 at 4:30pm.  Although you may add a course after November 20, you will not be eligible for wintersession housing.

For Students Engaged in Academic-Related Activity

UPDATE: The wintersession housing deadline has passed (November 20, 2012 at 4:30pm) and we will no longer accept applications.

Please complete Wintersession Housing Request Form (.docx) if you will need to be on campus to participate in one or more of the academic-related activities listed below during this year's Wintersession.  Please note that Wintersession housing is limited and requests for housing will be evaluated to ensure that the request relates to an approved academic activity. 

Please complete the form and have your academic advisor sign it.  No signature is needed for students enrolled in a language course by November, 20, 2012.  Once complete deliver the printed and signed copy to the Office of the Registrar by Tuesday, November 20, 2012. 

If you are registered for a wintersession class and later drop or withdraw, you will lose your eligibility for wintersession housing and must vacate your residence hall within 48 hours of dropping or withdrawing.

Fall 2013 drop and credit/non closes on Monday, 9/30 at 11PM.

Spring/Summer Incompletes

The deadline to submit incomplete work from spring and summer 2013 to instructors is Tuesday, 9/3.  Incomplete grades from spring and summer are due on Tuesday, 10/1 at noon.
