Dining

Dining Image

You've got many dining options at Wellesley.

A group of Wellesley students collaborates with Wellesley Fresh Culinary Services to develop the menus for the dining rooms on campus (Bates, Pom, Lulu, Stone-Davis, and Tower).

Dining Hall menus offer a variety of food, are updated frequently, and help ensure that daily nutritional requirements are met – and that the food is good! Suggestions from all students are always welcome, and in fact, play a key role in menu revisions.

  • Café Hoop

    Café Hoop

Café Hoop is a student-run, student-owned co-op on the ground floor of the Lulu Chow Wang Campus Center, founded in 1981.  “Hoopies” cheerfully serve up delicious late-night snacks and drinks.  The Hoop is a great place to chill—you can take a study break there or drop in on your way home from a party!

  • El Table

    El Table

El Table, short for “Elevator Table” (when it began in 1904, it was only a small table by an elevator) is a student-run cooperative café serving sandwiches, salads, soups, and snacks.  El Table offers vegetarian and gluten-free options, and (perhaps most importantly) refutes the rumor that the Hoop could take El Table in dodgeball.

  • Punch's Alley

    Punch's Alley

This student-managed pub has remarkable red décor and beverage prices.  As one Yelper put it, “$3.00 beers.  Even the good ones. Need I say more?”  Even if you’re not there for a beer, the pub is a fun place to meet with friends or fellow members of a student org… and almost always has live music or parties on the weekends.
