Kris Niendorf's current title is the director of residential and campus life, which translates into her supervisory roles with the departments of Residential Life and Student Activities, as well as the advisor to the lesbian, bisexual, and transgender students. She is also a representative for the Division of Student Life on many campus committees.

Kris earned a BS in child psychology and an MS in clinical psychology from the University of Evansville in Indiana, and completed her Ed.D. in higher education administration from UMASS Boston in June 2007. Before coming to Wellesley, Kris worked at five other institutions: the University of Evansville, Stephens College (Mo.), Buffalo State College (N.Y.), Worcester Polytechnic Institute (Mass.), and Emmanuel College (Mass.).

Kris is passionate about student learning and development. She works to create a work environment that is open and inclusive to all students, faculty, and staff.
