When making a room change you must complete the Room Change Form and return it directly to the Housing Office.
The forms requires signatures of all partied involved in the change and must be signed by the Area CoOrdinator and/or Resident Director of the residence hall.
There will be a room freeze in effect on Friday, November 22nd for the remainder of the Fall semester.
ROOM CHANGE FORM (used for body for body swaps)
During the last week in November the Housing Office will make registration available for those students seeking a room change from Fall to Spring semester. Information will be available in early November regarding the process. Please note that if you do make a room change from Fall to Spring semester you will need to vacate your current room and place your belongings in storage until you return for Spring semester and are issued a key for your new room.
