Michelle Lepore
Associate Dean of Students
Michelle Lepore has worked in the Dean of Students Office since 2000. As associate dean she partners with the dean of students to set goals for the Division of Student Life. Michelle is interested in programs that assist students in becoming engaged learners in Wellesley and beyond, and in women's growth and development.
Michelle serves on the board of the Massachusetts Network of the American Council on Education's National Network of Women Leaders. Michelle's experience at women's colleges is extensive: She served as dean of students at Pine Manor College, assistant dean at Lasell College, admission counselor at Lesley College, and is an alumna of Mount Holyoke College.
Michelle has also taught courses in the English departments at Lasell College and Boston College.
