Summer Session Visiting Student Application

Visiting students - you may register online, however we will need a hard copy of your completed application sent to our office with your non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve a spot for you in a course.

Applications and deposits may also be delivered in person to the Summer Session Office located on the Mezzanine Level of the Physical Plant.

Please make checks payable to Wellesley College Summer Session and include the student's name and session on the check.

Refund Policy

Students who register for a course that is canceled will receive full refunds of all payments.

Students who drop from Summer Session I by 3:00pm Monday, May 13 or from Summer  Session II  by 3:00pm Monday, June 10  will receive a full refund of all course and program fees, less the non-refundable registration fee of $50 per session and a cancelation fee of $100 per course.

Students who drop from the Summer Session by 3:00pm  (Wednesday, June 5 for Session I or Wednesday, July 3 for Session II) through the registrars office will receive a tuition refund of 50%, less the non-refundable registration fee of $50 per session.

 Students dropping one course and replacing it with another will not be penalized with a cancelation fee.  The first request for course changes is free of charge, subsequent changes will incur a $50 charge per course.
