Refund Policy
Students who register for a course that is
canceled will receive full refunds of all payments.
Students who withdraw from the Summer School before
classes begin (by Friday, June 19th for Session I or by Friday, July
17th for Session
II) will receive a full refund of all course, program and audit fees,
less the non-refundable registration fee.
Students who withdraw from the Summer School
by the end of the first day of class (Monday, June 22nd for Session
I or Monday, July 20th for Session II) will receive a tuition
refund of 75%.
Students who withdraw from the Summer School
by the end of the first week of class (Friday, June 26nd for Session
I or Friday, July 24th for Session II) will receive a 50% tuition
refund.
Financial Aid (Wellesley College Students
Only)
The deadline to apply for financial
aid for Summer 2009 was Sunday, April 26th.
The Summer School offers very limited financial
aid to be administered and awarded at the discretion of the Summer
School Office. Only
Wellesley College Students currently receiving financial aid are
eligible to apply for summer assistance. Financial aid awards
take into account a variety of factors including the % of aid that
a student receives during the regular school year, the number of
classes the students is enrolled in and the number of students that
apply for aid.
Applicants will be informed of financial aid
decisions on May 4th. To secure their financial
aid, applicants must notify the Summer School of their acceptance.
