Wellesley College is committed to making a positive difference in the quality of employee’s lives by offering a variety ofemployee activity classes to meet personal fitness needs.

 
All instructor led wellness classes will be drop-in and free for employees and their spouses/partners. Classes are scheduled throughout the academic year: September 9 – Dec. 13 and Jan. 6 – May 23.
 

The Wellness Program features seasonal activities throughout the year.  Look for Walktober in October.

Program Goals

  • Developing positive lifestyle habits
  • Learning the principles of fitness
  • Acquiring the skills of lifetime activities that lead to continued participation
  • Providing opportunities for social interaction with colleagues

Note: It is advisable to check with your physician or other accredited healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program.
