Walktober

You are invited to participate in the Wellesley Walktober Program, beginning Oct. 1, 2013. Participants will be involved in a 42-day walking program and will record daily steps or minutes either individually or as part of a 4-10 person team with a free stepometer. The goal is to accumulate 5 or more leaves per week, or targeting for 10,000 steps per day. Leaves come in red, orange, and gold colors; each color represents a different level of exercise exertion. Daily health tips and recipes are included in the program. A raffle will be held at the end of the program to celebrate individual and team accomplishments and goals.
