Susan Cohen

Susan Cohen joined the Class Deans in 1986 as Dean of the Class of 1989, so the Class of 2022 is her twelfth Wellesley class!  She also serves as dean for the Davis Scholars and as director of the Davis Degree Program.   She was an English major at Cornell and then went on to earn a Ph.D. in English at Yale, and she has split her career between Yale, where she was an assistant professor of English, and Wellesley, where she has taught in the English Department and the Writing Program in addition to being a class dean.
