Kayle Stevens
Colonel Kayle M. Stevens is currently the Director, Military Partnerships and the USAF Senior Service Advisor for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
In this capacity she leads DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) multi-agency teams ensuring collaborative partnerships and full utilization of intelligence capabilities and resources between the IC and Combatant Commands.
 
Col Stevens entered the Air Force after graduating from Wellesley College and received her commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a graduate of the National War College, with a Masters in National Security Strategy. Her experience includes having served at the national and tactical levels as a Watch Officer for Distributed Ground Station weapon system, Chief of Mission Management for the RC-135 RIVET JOINT and as the Deputy Chief of Analysis and Production at NSA/CSS Texas.  She is an Air Force Intern Program graduate and has served on the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence’s (USDI), SECAF/CSAF Commander’s Action Group, AF/A2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance staffs and as the Executive Officer to the Commander, Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency. As the Commander of a Data Masked Unit within 25th Air Force, she was responsible for planning and executing ISR targeting and the management of 192 joint expeditionary personnel deployed around the globe supporting manned and unmanned ISR missions in support of AFSOC and SOCOM.  Col Stevens has deployed several times as a SOF ISR Mission Commander and the Deputy J2 for ISAF SOF Task Force in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. 
 
Prior to assuming her current position, she was the Junior Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense.
 
Her personal awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal with Three Oak Leaf clusters, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Air Force Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Korean Defense Service Medal.
