Sarah M. Greer
Sarah M. Greer is a jazz vocalist, improviser and instructor living and singing in the Twin Cities who has invented vocal music on local and international stages.

She is a fiscal year 2017 recipient of an Artist Initiative grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature; and by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. In Minneapolis, she teaches singing, scat singing and vocal improvisation to private and college students. Greer is passionate–some might say evangelical– about every person’s right to sing and the power of singing to change the world. Greer’s album, What the Music Says Do, is due out in 2018.
