Xiaohe Cheng
Dr. Xiaohe Cheng is an Associate Professor at the School of International Studies and Deputy Director of Center for China’s International Strategic Studies, Renmin University of China.

His main research focuses on China’s foreign relations and China’s Relations with the United States, two Koreas, India, Pakistan and some other neighboring countries. 

Dr. Cheng worked for China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations for nine years and served as a visiting research fellow at the Fairbank Center of Harvard University (1997-1998). He also taught China’s Politics & Foreign Policies in Dublin College University (2007) and China’s Foreign Relations in University of Michigan at Ann Arbor (2009). His recently published articles mainly cover China’s relations with the Korean Peninsula and the Indian Subcontinent. 

Dr. Cheng did his undergraduate work in international politics in Fudan University, Shanghai, and earned his Ph.D in political science from Boston University.
