She is currently completing an independent study focused around feminist and queer readings of the Hebrew Bible-- in Biblical Hebrew! She also has knowledge of French and Mandarin and would like to learn Classical Arabic or Russian next. This past summer, Abby worked as in intern in the education department of the Irish Family Planning Association, a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation. Prior to that, she spent the 2019-2020 academic year at the University of Oxford where she was involved in Sexpressions and volunteered as a tutor with Schools Plus. At Wellesley, she is one of the co-coordinators of the Wellesley Asian Alliance and the secretary for the Wellesley Sexual Health Educators. Abby is also involved with other advocacy organizations in the greater Boston area as well as in her hometown in New Jersey. After graduation, she hopes to continue her work in community-based advocacy.
