Emma Burke
Emma is a junior double majoring in Political Science and Africana Studies.

In the Summer of 2017, as a Global Citizenship Program Fellow, Emma interned with Aga Khan Education Services. In the past she has worked in the Senate Democratic Leadership Office and as Legislative Page for the House of Representatives, both in her home state of Kentucky. On campus, Emma is a member of the arts and music society Tau Zeta Epsilon and of the Wellesley College African Students Assocation (WASA). She is currently spending the fall semester of her junior year studying abroad with the School of International Training: Cities in the 21st Century Program where she is studying urban issues through the lens of social change in Buenos Aires, Barcelona, and Capetown. Emma hopes to continue with this theme of social change through an internship during the summer of 2019.
