Lorna Li
Lorna is a junior majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Asian American Studies.

In the summer of 2019, Lorna published marketing reports for King’s Crowd regarding startups in the process of crowdfunding for prospective investors interested in the health sector, biomedical technology, and pharmaceutical companies. During that summer, Lorna also volunteered at Boston Children’s Hospital in the Infant/Toddler Surgical Unit aiding the Child Life Specialists and earned her Emergency Medical Technician certification. On campus, Lorna works at the Wellesley College Computing Help Desk as a student technician and plays on the Wellesley Lacrosse team. Lorna serves as the Events Coordinator for Wellesley for Boston Children’s Hospital and a student representative alongside coaches and administration on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee within Wellesley Athletics. Upon graduation, Lorna’s goal is to work with communities affected by imperialism and analyze how that has affected public health institutions and policies that control women’s health, preferably in Asia.
