Albright Fellow 2018

Marley Forest
Marley is a senior double majoring in Political Science and Women’s and Gender Studies.

During the summer of 2017 she worked as a camp counselor and coach in Maine for the organization Seeds of Peace, where she worked to facilitate interpersonal relationship building between students from major international and domestic conflicts. Marley spent the spring of her junior year in Edinburgh, Scotland, where she focused her political studies on grassroots political movements, both within and outside of the classroom. On campus, Marley is the General Manager of the business cooperative El Table, is a member of the Shakespeare Society, and plays on the ultimate frisbee team. Marley is also an interviewer, tour guide, and information session host at the Wellesley Office of Admission. She has a basic knowledge of both Arabic and Spanish. Marley’s goal upon graduation is to work with a politically-focused organization on domestic social justice issues including immigration, prison reform, institutionalized racism, women, and the LGBTQ+ community.
