She works as a student assistant in the Philosophy Department and performs with several dance groups on campus. Before starting at Wellesley, she took a gap year to work on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, where she served on the Tristate Finance and the California primary teams. She spent the summers of 2017 and 2018 volunteering at a nursery school and tutoring facility in Moshi, Tanzania where she taught English and math. She speaks conversational French and has studied Spanish and Swahili. After graduation, Sarah hopes to merge her study of philosophy with her interest in politics.
