Wintersession 2015

The 2015 Wintersession Program explored the role of engineering, government, and economics in global challenges of the day.

Elizabeth Cousens, Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the United Nations Foundation, joined us as our Distinguished Visiting Professor to partake in a conversation about harnessing diplomacy to shape the new world’s development goals. During the first two weeks of Wintersession, the Albright Fellows attended classes with prominent speakers, including Wellesley faculty, alumnae practitioners, and thought leaders from outside organizations. The Fellows worked together in interdisciplinary groups on a variety of pressing international issues, which culminated in presentations to the Institute’s Distinguished Visiting Professor at the end of Wintersession.
